How to Place an Order
Placing an order with Rory Skagen is easy and safe. We will explain everything you need to know on this page. You may place an order on-line using the convenient "Add to Cart"  or "View Cart"  buttons found on every product page, which will take you to our payment processor, PayPal. (PayPal is a well-respected name in on-line payment, and you can trust their security measures.) We can also process orders by phone (toll free at: 1-866-611-6655), and accept checks and money orders by mail (see Contact for address). Payment Methods 
We can accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express — either by phone (1-866-611-6655) or through our online payment processor, PayPal (using a guaranteed secure connection and data encryption). Payment is also accepted by cashier check, money order, and personal check. Mail orders will be processed only after the check or money order has been received by us, and has cleared the bank. (This is typically 15 days for personal checks.) You should take this into account when considering shipping time and expected delivery date. We make every attempt to maintain accurate and current prices on our website, however prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Our preferred carrier is the US Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on the total purchase price of the order and are as follows:
- $0.01 — $15.00 $3.00 S&H
- $15.01 — $35.00 $5.00 S&H
- $35.01 — $55.00 $7.00 S&H
- $55.01 — $100.00 $10.00 S&H
- $100.01 and up free shipping
If the shipping address is outside of the USA, please call or email for shipping costs. We make every attempt to process and mail your order as rapidly as possible, and will contact you if there is any significant delay. (Please note that Texas residents are required to add 8.25% sales tax to the cost of their order.)
Orders over $100.00 receive free shipping in USA.
GUARANTEE Your satisfaction is our goal, and we want you to make your purchase with complete confidence. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Rory Skagen product, print, or painting, return it by mail within 30 days of receipt (see contact page for address) for a full refund.
